Underlying this success is the Kraken technology platform, designed from the ground up for the energy sector, covering everything from billing to managing customer interactions.
We are seeking an experienced data leader to oversee our data analysts and scientists supporting operational teams. The role involves enabling teams to extract key insights from the Kraken platform to enhance customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will report directly to the Global Head of Data Science, a member of the Octopus Energy Group senior leadership team.
