This senior role requires deep planning expertise, experience in renewable energy projects, outstanding communication skills, and the credibility to engage senior policymakers. Hybrid work from Glasgow, with occasional travel.

# Head of Onshore Policy### OverviewScottish Renewables is seeking a strategic and influential policy leader to drive its onshore renewables agenda at a pivotal moment for Scotland's energy transition.As Head of Onshore Policy, you will lead the organisation's work on the issues that matter most to the successful deployment of onshore renewable energy, particularly onshore wind. Working at the heart of industry, government and regulation, you will influence policy, build consensus across a diverse membership and help remove barriers to project delivery.
