SUCCESS TALENT is seeking an experienced Head of Online Partnerships in Manchester to lead the digital wholesale and commercial partnerships strategy. The role focuses on building premium retail and marketplace relationships, expanding digital channels, and driving revenue growth for a fast-growing premium lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing wholesale, marketplace, retail or strategic partnership channels.
• Experience within fashion, jewellery, accessories, beauty, FMCG or lifestyle.
• Strong relationships across premium retail and relevant commercial networks.
• Excellent commercial awareness with experience driving revenue and profitability.
• Experience managing budgets and owning P&L.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and stakeholder management skills.
• International wholesale or market expansion experience would be advantageous.
