Job summary

Zachary Daniels is partnering to recruit a Head of Sales for a Greater Manchester-based, office-based role. You will lead a national sales function, inspire high performance and drive growth through strong customer partnerships with major grocery and retail clients.

You will shape the commercial strategy, coach a team, and ensure accountability and delivery against ambitious objectives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a Head of Sales, Sales Director or senior commercial role.
• Strong experience managing major grocery retail customers.
• Track record delivering growth through strategy and execution.
• Ability to lead with conviction and bring clarity to decision making.
• Experience building high performing teams and driving accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially astute, highly driven in a fast-paced environment.
