Job summary

AVA Energy is seeking a Head of Project Delivery to join their UK Senior Leadership Team. The role offers high visibility and accountability for delivery, governance and commercial performance across offshore renewable projects.

You will lead major offshore programs, manage client relationships, and shape strategy and growth, working closely with offshore execution, logistics, marine operations and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Proven project delivery leader with offshore renewable energy experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to operate at senior leadership level.
• Experience managing complex subcontractor relationships and delivering projects safely and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Leading major offshore projects, managing key client relationships, developing project delivery teams, and overseeing critical subcontractors.
• You'll work closely with offshore execution, logistics, marine operations and commercial functions — and play an active role in shaping business strategy and growth.
• Shaping business strategy and growth through effective governance and delivery oversight.
