Arcus Search is seeking an Offensive Security Engineering Manager in London to drive the programme, set technical direction, and raise team capability. You will lead offensive security testing, build relationships with engineering, and teach best practices in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

You will shape testing scope, attack and threat analysis, and influence stakeholders while guiding a high-profile security team in Central London.

Qualifications

• Hands-on pentesting and offensive security experience across APIs, cloud, network and production infra.
• Ability to define testing scope, attack, and threat lead analysis protocols.
• Strong leadership to build and shape technical teams and influence stakeholders.
