Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Senior Associate for Offensive Security Operations to manage vulnerability discovery, testing and remediation across the organization. You will coordinate with third-party vendors, regulators and BISOs to ensure testing programs run efficiently and effectively across TLTP, red teaming, bug bounty, and external attack surface management.

You will stay ahead of cyber security thought leadership, provide root-cause analysis, and help scale risk management.

Qualifications

• Technology related Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and certifications in cyber security.
• Background in Red Teaming / Penetration Testing / Bug Bounty advantageous.
• Experience building AI agentic workflows or deploying security tooling is also advantageous.
• Understanding of large scale enterprise IT systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external vendors, regulators and leadership to coordinate timely delivery of requirements.
• Review vulnerability reports, validate issues and triage by risk.
• Support teams in understanding vulnerabilities and validate fixes through retesting.
• Coordinate remediation with owners, timelines and follow-up; automate where possible.
