Rolls-Royce SMR Limited is seeking a Head of Security to lead a team of nuclear security specialists and shape security design early in the product lifecycle. You will develop and implement Security Policy, maintain the Business Security Plan, and ensure UK regulatory compliance (NISR 2003) while addressing IT and physical security across UK and international operations.

Hybrid role based from Derby, Manchester or Warrington with some travel; strong leadership, risk management and stakeholder

Formación

• Degree in relevant subject or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Experience in the nuclear or similar highly regulated industry is required.
• Experienced people manager with strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UK and international threats and risks.
• Delivery and experience of undertaking complex vulnerability assessments to security critical assets and information.
• Understanding of ONR publications including the Security Assessment Principles (SyAPs) and List-N accreditation.

Responsabilidades

• Be accountable to the Executive Director responsible for matters on Security.
• Define and implement Security Policy for the business.
• Develop, implement and maintain our Business Security Plan that meets UK regulation (NISR 2003).
• Oversee all technical security work in line with the business mission.
• Provide security input to engineering design to deliver an inherently secure product and its Integrated Security Solution, including physical and cyber aspects.
• Lead and manage a security team delivering corporate functional security, including physical and personnel security arrangements.
• Provide security input on customer bids and contracts.
• Support the Chief Information Security Officer in enterprise Cyber Security initiatives.
