Job summary

RS Group is seeking a Head of New Product Introduction & Data Governance to lead a 20-strong team across UK offices and Riga, driving strategic data governance and product onboarding initiatives. You will champion automation, ensure high-quality product data, and shape the to-be architecture for future content strategies.

Qualifications

• Extensive digital know-how and enterprise content systems experience.
• Strong leadership in large-scale business change and transformation.
• Proven ability to design and re-engineer processes.
• Strategic thinking with execution through teams and partners.
• Experience managing offshore partners and supplier KPIs with QBRs.
• Collaborative with global stakeholders and data-driven mindset.
• Budget responsibility including multi-million NPI sales and customer views.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation to improve supplier product onboarding using digital tech.
• Manage the product lifecycle from introduction through discontinuation.
• Oversee data governance and delivery of accurate product data to protect customers.
• Introduce automation and digital solutions for scalable product growth.
• Reduce time to market to under 7 days with high data and content quality.
• Drive CI in launch and lifecycle management via data and insight.
• Develop a high-performing team and CI culture.
• Collaborate with solutions architecture and IT to deliver flexible TO-BE architecture.
• Advise on content briefing, standards, and supplier acquisition capabilities.
