Job summary

RS is seeking a Head of New Product Introduction & Data Governance to steer a 20-strong team across the UK and Riga. You will provide strategic and operational oversight to supplier onboarding, data governance, and product lifecycle processes in a hybrid setup.

You will drive automation, improve time to market, and partner with IT to deliver a flexible architecture and content standards for the next decade.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience with enterprise content systems (PIM, DAM, CMS, ERP).
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate plans into action.
• Experience managing offshore partners and supplier performance using KPIs.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse global stakeholders.
• Budget responsibility including overhead costs and NPI sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation to improve supplier product onboarding using digital technology.
• Proactively manage the product lifecycle from introduction to discontinuation.
• Oversee data governance and ensure accurate product data across channels.
• Introduce automation and digital solutions to enable scalable growth of RS product range.
• Drive continuous improvement in product launches and lifecycle management using data and insights.
• Lead and develop a high performing CI culture and team of 20+.
• Collaborate with solutions architecture and IT to design flexible to-be architecture for product intro and maintenance.
