• Significant experience of facilities management over a multi-site organisation.
• Experience in managing staff remotely with this skill set.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Good ICT literacy and analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead facilities management across multiple academy sites within the Trust.
• Ensure premises are safe, clean, accessible, welcoming and well-maintained.
• Work with leadership teams to deliver high-quality estates services.
• Manage staff and resources, including remote teams, to meet deadlines and standards.
