Job summary

Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust invites applications for a strategic Head of Estates and Facilities. You will lead estates, facilities and health and safety across multiple schools, working with the CEO and CFO to deliver safe, compliant and well-maintained environments for pupils and staff.

Reporting to the CEO, you will steer capital projects, maintenance programmes and sustainability initiatives, ensuring risk management and excellent service delivery across the Trust’s sites.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in estates, facilities, premises or property management.
• Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and compliance.
• Experience of managing contractors, external service providers and budgets.
• Proven ability to lead teams across multiple sites and advise senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead estates, site and facilities teams across the Trust.
• Ensure compliance with statutory health and safety requirements.
• Manage contractor performance and procurement processes.
• Chair Health and Safety Committees and advise school leaders.
