Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a senior engineering and transformation leader to head the Investment Solutions Group (Multi-Asset) technology organization. This role will define technology direction and own enterprise execution, architecture and modernization across the investment lifecycle.

You will drive platform simplification, data governance and scalable services, while embedding agent-enabled workflows to boost portfolio-manager capacity and adoption of new investment solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in asset management technology or related field.
• Proven record leading global engineering organizations and delivering multi-year platform modernization.
• Strong solution architecture capability, including API-first design, event-driven platforms and cloud-native engineering.
• Experience governing proprietary and vendor platforms, outsourced service models and complex commercial relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISG technology strategy and platform delivery for multi-asset, OCIO and charitable asset management.
• Own architecture, release quality and production performance across investment lifecycle tools.
• Embed agent-enabled workflows into portfolio-construction tools to automate setup, monitoring and rebalancing.
• Oversee integration between portfolio construction, compliance, order management, execution and post-trade platforms.
• Lead a global organization spanning engineering, federated architecture, analysis, testing and vendor management.
