This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape and lead a new product team focused on AI-enabled tools for drug discovery. The position is based in London with a hybrid work model and a competitive salary range of £90,000 to £110,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading technical or platform product teams.
• Background in scientific environments such as pharma, biotech or drug discovery.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning or data-driven products in production.
• Ability to operate credibly with scientists, engineers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring, managing or leading other product managers.
• Blend of strategic thinking and hands-on product execution.
