KPMG International Cooperative is seeking a Head of Modern Workplace to lead the Modern Workplace team, delivering a strategic vision for end-user technology across the UK and Swiss Firms. You will manage key vendors, contracts and the underpinning products, ensuring a consistent user experience across devices and platforms.

Responsibilities include setting long-term technology directions, governance of service levels, and driving performance improvements while aligning with business goals.

• Leadership experience delivering modern workplace strategies in large enterprises.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts and budgets at scale.
• Proven ability to align technology services with business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Modern Workplace strategy and service roadmap across UK/Switzerland.
• Oversee service performance, governance, and continual improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cost optimisation for workplace services.
• Lead end-user support and Digital Employee Experience programs.
• Govern major contracts and supplier relationships to maximise value.
• Provide data-driven reporting to senior stakeholders.
