Job summary

Open in London is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to own the end‑to‑end target architecture for the Modern Workplace estate. You will set cross‑tower standards across identity, devices, productivity tools and office technology.

The role requires security‑by‑design, zero‑trust and data protection, and the ability to influence engineering, vendors and executives. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to shape a global technology agenda.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-domain architecture for enterprise-scale workplaces.
• Knowledge of identity, devices, collaboration, and office tech.
• Ability to influence executives and engineers.
• TOGAF or vendor architect tracks certifications.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the target-state architecture for the Modern Workplace estate.
• Set cross-tower architecture principles and roadmaps.
• Act as design authority for major workplace changes.
• Embed security-by-design, zero-trust and data protection.
• Advise Modern Workplace Director and tower heads on architecture alignment.
• Ensure partner designs meet security and standards.
