Cambridge Judge Business School invites applications for Head of MFin Programme (Student Learning and Engagement) to cover maternity leave for 12 months. The role leads delivery of an outstanding student learning experience across teaching operations, faculty engagement, programme communications, events and orientation activities.

The successful candidate will bring significant programme management or student services leadership experience, exceptional organisational and communication skills,

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Cambridge Judge Business School as Head of MFin Programme (Student Learning and Engagement), providing maternity cover for 12 months for a pivotal leadership role within our highly regarded Master of Finance (MFin) programme. The MFin is a premium postgraduate degree attracting experienced finance professionals from around the world. With over 100 students representing 37 nationalities and a curriculum spanning areas such as AI, machine learning, sustainable finance, blockchain and digital assets, the programme is recognised for its academic excellence and innovative approach to business education. As Head of Programme, you will lead the delivery of an outstanding student learning experience, managing all teaching operations, faculty engagement, programme communications, events and orientation activities. You will work closely with senior academic and professional services colleagues, helping to shape the strategic direction of the programmewhile ensuring exceptional service and support for students and faculty.
