Job summary

University of Cambridge, Cambridge Judge Business School, seeks an experienced Head of MFin Programme (Student Learning and Engagement) to cover a 12‑month maternity leave. You will lead the learning and student engagement strategy for the Master of Finance (MFin) programme, delivering an outstanding student experience and coordinating high-profile events.

We require substantial programme management or operations experience, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

• Significant experience in programme management, operations or administration within higher education or professional education.
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing at senior levels.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience delivering high-profile events and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and commitment to outstanding student experience.
