Job summary

Cambridge Judge Business School is seeking a Head of MFin Programme (Student Learning and Engagement) for a 12‑month maternity cover. You will lead the delivery of an outstanding student learning experience, overseeing teaching operations, faculty engagement, programme communications, events and orientation activities.

Working with senior academic and professional services colleagues, you will shape strategic direction and ensure exceptional service for students and staff while developing teams

Qualifications

• Significant experience in programme management, operations or administration in higher education.
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholder relationships and leading teams.
• Excellent communication and commitment to student experience.
