The Thinking Schools Academy Trust is seeking a Head of Mathematics for Brixham College, Torbay, to lead the maths department across all Key Stages and drive outstanding teaching, assessment and curriculum development.

The Opportunity

As Head of Mathematics, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the department, driving high standards of teaching, learning, achievement, and curriculum development across the all Key Stages.

You will work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across the school to develop an ambitious curriculum, support excellent classroom practice, and ensure that every student is equipped with the mathematical knowledge, confidence, and problem-solving skills they need to succeed.
