Job summary

Brixham College, an 11-18 mixed comprehensive school in Torbay, is seeking a highly ambitious Senior Leader to join the Senior Leadership Team and help shape whole‑school strategy, culture and outcomes. You will lead a major area of responsibility, working with the Principal and Trust leaders to drive improvement, coaching and accountability across staff and learners.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Leader in our team, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing strategically to the vision, culture and future success of the school. Working closely with the Principal and wider Trust leadership team, you will have the opportunity to influence strategy, develop leadership capacity across the school and contribute to the wider success of our Trust.
