Job summary

Brixham College is part of THE THINKING SCHOOLS ACADEMY TRUST, seeking an ambitious Senior Leader to join the Senior Leadership Team. You will influence strategy, develop leadership capacity across the school and contribute to the wider success of our Trust.

You will work closely with the Principal and Trust leadership, driving excellence in outcomes, culture and opportunity for every child, with pathways toward Deputy Headship and Headship.
