Our client based in St Albans is looking to recruit a new Head of Marketing. You will ideally have a background from a legal practice and join on a 9-12 month contract basis.

This strategic role leads a small but effective team to deliver the business development and marketing strategy across the firm, demonstrating approachability, knowledge, and client care.

As the interim head, you will champion the company's culture, behaviors, and values. You will lead and mentor the Business Development and Marketing Team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment that delivers results. You will enhance brand visibility and manage the company's digital footprint, overseeing the creation of compelling content for the firm's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

You will manage PPC and SEO strategies to increase online presence and drive traffic to the firm's website. Additionally, you will organize and attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to showcase the company's expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or similar qualification in Marketing or Business and have significant marketing expertise within a legal or professional services organization.
