Job Description:

Mode Search is supporting a fast-growing, creative business in the contemporary fashion space with the appointment of a Head of Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand at a pivotal stage of growth — one that is shaping the future of modern fashion through a strong point of view and a loyal, engaged audience.

The role is based in London with a hybrid working model of three to four days in the office and one to two days from home. The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Director and will lead a small, dynamic team, including direct management of a Social Media Manager.

The Role

  • Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand activations across all channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including paid media, email marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling, on-brand content.
  • Manage PR and influencer relations through agency partners to enhance visibility and storytelling.
  • Track marketing performance and ROI using data and analytics; provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across initiatives.
  • Support both wholesale and retail teams with tailored marketing tools and in-store campaign support.
  • Stay close to culture, trends, and the competitive landscape to ensure continued relevance and innovation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing leadership role within the fashion, footwear, or accessories space.
  • Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated success working with or managing agencies, creators, and content teams.
  • Commercially-minded with the ability to connect creativity with performance and impact.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Experience interpreting data to guide strategy and drive decision-making.
  • A natural storyteller with a clear affinity for contemporary style and branding.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited structure.
  • Previous line management experience and strong team leadership skills.
