Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Praxis Real Estate Management

About the opportunity:

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial real estate investment and asset management business, taking full ownership of marketing across a diverse UK portfolio of commercial offices and retail centres.

We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on senior marketer who understands the real estate landscape — someone who can shape marketing direction and also deliver it personally, without relying on a large team.

The Role

You’ll work closely with asset managers, leasing teams, and external partners to:

• Develop Strategy: Create and deliver marketing plans aligned to business and asset-level goals, supporting leasing, placemaking, and asset performance.
• Build the Brand: Ensure consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels — from digital to signage to campaigns — enhancing the visibility of both individual assets and the wider Praxis brand.
• Support Leasing: Produce targeted campaigns and standout materials (brochures, presentations, virtual tours) to engage prospective tenants.
• Lead Digital: Manage Praxis’s web presence and social media, using SEO, paid ads, and content strategy to increase engagement and reach.
• Collaborate Widely: Work with internal stakeholders (property, asset management, ESG) and external suppliers to maximise marketing impact.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in commercial real estate marketing with a solid understanding of the real estate and property management market, including tenant needs and industry trends.
• Proven ability to develop long-term marketing plans that align with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
• Practical knowledge of CRM platforms, SEO, social media, and analytics tools
• A proactive, resourceful mindset — comfortable operating without a marketing team or set budget
• A balance of strategic thinking and willingness to roll up your sleeves

Location: London Knightsbridge (on-site with occasional travel)

Hours of work: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday - Friday
