Job summary

HSPG in London (Greater London) is seeking a senior marketing and communications leader to own group marketing strategy, external messaging and thought leadership. You will act as strategic partner to the SLT while executing hands-on in a fast-moving real estate platform focused on affordable housing and social impact.

You will build credibility with investors, Local Authorities, developers and sector stakeholders, translating complex activities into clear narratives and ensuring consistent

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in marketing, communications or public affairs.
• Proven track record of building a marketing or communications function.
• Excellent writing and communication capability, and strong ability to use AI for efficiencies.
• Experience operating within regulated or policy-influenced sectors such as housing, real estate, infrastructure or the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Define and own group marketing and communications strategy.
• Oversee external messaging, narrative and PR relationships.
• Lead thought leadership and sector positioning.
• Create marketing materials across the Group and manage the budget.
• Act as partner to the SLT while remaining hands-on in execution.
