Job Description
  • Drive operational, administrative, and strategic activities for the APAC Marketing & Branding function.
  • Transform an advertising‑focused team into a long‑term strategic branding organization centered on purpose‑driven, locally relevant brand building.
  • Lead development and execution of regional brand strategy aligned with global positioning and APAC market dynamics.
  • Manage creative, media, and production agency relationships; prepare campaign briefs and oversee delivery of high‑quality branding assets.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end marketing campaigns for new products, key initiatives, and flagship events across the region.
  • Partner closely with business, product, and channel marketing teams to support growth priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee brand governance, ensuring consistent execution of brand identity, messaging, and visual guidelines across all APAC markets.
  • Lead content creation, digital marketing, and storytelling initiatives tailored to regional audiences.
  • Develop marketing analytics, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks to measure impact and guide strategy.
  • Manage budgets, resource planning, and vendor oversight to ensure efficient and effective marketing operations.
The Successful Applicant
  • Solid years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or communications, experience in asset management / investment management shops is a must. Familiar with alternative products including Private equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds, etc. is a MUST
  • Proven leadership experience overseeing regional marketing or branding functions in APAC.
  • Demonstrated ability to evolve a traditional advertising model into a strategic, purpose‑driven branding platform.
  • Strong experience managing creative and media agencies, including briefing, campaign development, and asset production.
  • Deep understanding of APAC consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and local market dynamics.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with business, product, and distribution teams to align branding with commercial goals.
  • Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and brand positioning skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities with proven experience handling complex, multi‑market initiatives.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics and performance insights.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to influence across a matrixed global organization.
