We are the first chain abstraction protocol. Founded in 2021 with the mission to solve increasing fragmentation between rollups and chains.

Over the last 2 years, we have facilitated over $11bn in volumes. We are leveraged by the top protocols & applications in the space like Metamask, Coinbase, Rainbow Wallet, Zapper, Zerion, OpenSea, Aevo, Matcha & more.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem, a proven track record in marketing leadership, and the ability to drive brand growth in a competitive landscape.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our overall marketing strategy, leading go-to-market for new partnerships, products, and ecosystem developments.
  • Shape and elevate our Protocol's brand identity within the blockchain industry.
  • Lead strategic positioning and create compelling content and narratives around chain abstraction and placing us as the thought leader.
  • Design strategies to grow and engage developer and user communities including both digital and real-world activations.
  • Position leadership and team members for visibility via conferences, podcasts, and media opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with KOLs, media houses, and other stakeholders both globally and in specific regions to build our presence.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team to drive results.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business development teams for cohesive messaging.
  • Define, monitor, and report key marketing metrics to measure impact and guide decision-making.
Required Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the blockchain or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and brand recognition.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software and web analytics.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience building and managing teams.
