3Search partners with a purpose-led multisite consumer business to appoint a Head of Marketing in Basingstoke, with hybrid working 1–2 days in the office. Salary is £80,000–£100,000 plus benefits and a clear path to lead the national network of around 90 locations.

You will shape strategy, build a data-driven marketing function, lead the team and agency relationships, and work with senior leaders to drive commercial performance.

Location: Basingstoke: 1–2 days per week in the office

We're partnering with an ambitious, purpose-led, multisite consumer business to appoint a Head of Marketing who can help drive its next phase of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded marketing leader to shape strategy, develop an existing team and build a more structured, data-driven marketing function across a national network of approximately 90 locations.

The role will involve:

• Developing and implementing a multi-year marketing strategy aligned with ambitious growth plans.
• Driving customer acquisition and improving conversion across the end-to-end funnel.
