As Head of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for technical leadership of Hoxton Farms’ bioprocessing programme, including bioreactor design, process development and large-scale production.
Working with company leadership, you will use your deep technical expertise to supervise development of large-scale operations, plan project roadmaps and define the long-term strategic direction of our bioprocess R&D and production. At every step, you’ll coordinate with our upstream R&D and food programmes to produce high quality cultivated fat at pilot scale and meet our technical milestones before series B and beyond.
Hoxton Farms is growing quickly as we scale up our pilot manufacturing facility in London. This is an opportunity to lead a talented, enthusiastic and diverse team while playing a huge role in shaping the future of the cellular agriculture industry.
You should be a highly experienced leader with a proven track record of hiring scientists, managing projects and developing strategy in a commercial setting.
The role is based full-time in person at our HQ in London. We are willing to support international relocation.
