Qualifikationen

• Qualified Chartered Surveyor (RICS) with proven property leadership experience.
• Experience managing complex property portfolios, disposals and landlord‑tenant matters.
• Ability to lead high‑performing teams and manage delivery through internal and external partners.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy and management of the managed estate to maximise value.
• Ensure safety, compliance and governance of the estate.
• Oversee disposal of property no longer required and manage transactions.
• Oversee contract management with large external suppliers.
• Provide expert advice on leases, wayleaves and landlord‑tenant issues.
• Contribute to Estates & Facilities leadership and cross‑functional collaboration.
