Head of Maintenance

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Location: Oakham

Hours: Full-time | 5 shifts out of 7 | Includes weekends & bank holidays

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? I’m on the hunt for a proactive and skilled Head of Maintenance to oversee this stunning lakeside resort, ensuring top-notch facilities for guests and team members.

What You’ll Do

Oversee planned preventative maintenance to keep everything in top condition

React quickly to breakdowns and ensure swift resolutions - even in emergencies

Maintain detailed records and ensure health & safety compliance

Lead, train, and inspire a proactive and skilled maintenance team

Work with contractors, manage budgets, and implement improvements to elevate our resort

The ideal Candidate

A hands-on problem solver with a strong mechanical background

Relevant trade qualifications and experience in a hotel/resort environment

A natural leader with excellent organizational skills

Health & safety focused, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for guests and staff

A can-do attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities

Full, clean driving license required
