Huntress - Bracknell is supporting an interim Head of Logistics role in Windsor. The post focuses on strengthening infrastructure, processes and reporting to drive operational transformation across warehouse and inventory operations.
You will review current processes, design practical improvements and implement robust controls, KPIs and governance to deliver lasting impact while working with Finance, Retail, Logistics and IT stakeholders.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Logistics to join our client's organisation on an interim basis. This role will focus on strengthening the infrastructure, processes and reporting.
This role with have a strong focus on operational transformation, giving you the opportunity to assess how things currently work, identify inefficiencies and introduce practical improvements that will have a lasting impact.
Working across departments, you will take ownership of a programme designed to improve visibility, control and consistency across the warehouse and inventory environment.
The successful candidate will bring substantial experience within logistics, warehousing, supply chain or operational transformation, together with a strong track record of improving processes within complex environments.
You will be comfortable getting into the detail, understanding how processes work in practice and using data and insight to challenge existing approaches. The ability to turn analysis into straightforward, commercially practical solutions will be essential.

Salary: up to £90,000pa DOE
