Purplebricks Group is seeking a Lettings Manager to lead the field agents and Pre-Tenancy team, driving front-end lettings performance from valuations to move-in. You will report on activity, revenue and product sales, and collaborate with Property Management to grow the managed portfolio.

The role requires proven lettings leadership, UK compliance knowledge, and a commercial mindset to grow landlord relationships and revenue streams. Hybrid field-based role in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or senior lettings role with a sales-led focus.
• Strong knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance (Renters’ Rights Act, Tenant Fees Act, Right to Rent, safety regulations).
• ARLA Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management (or equivalent).
• Strong performance management: targets, KPIs, accountability.
• Commercial focus with revenue, pipeline and ancillary product sales.
• Confident with data, reporting, Excel and CRM dashboards.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Lettings Field Agents and Pre-Tenancy team with clear objectives and standards.
• Own front-end lettings performance across appraisals, instructions, lets, revenue.
• Publish daily activity, pipeline, and revenue reports and inform senior leadership.
• Drive upselling of ancillary products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth through valuations and landlord referrals.
• Collaborate with Property Management to retain landlords and grow the managed portfolio.
• Ensure lettings processes comply with legislation and complete timely handovers to move-in.
