The Head of Learning Partnerships leads ICAEW's relationships with universities, tuition providers and other education organisations, building partnerships that expand the reach, relevance and commercial impact of ICAEW Learning. • Strong track record of leading complex institutional relationships and developing partnership or operating models that can scale.
  • Experience taking propositions from idea through negotiation, implementation and measurable delivery.
  • Strong commercial judgement, including the ability to assess value, structure mutually beneficial agreements and understand revenue, cost and risk.
  • Credibility with senior external stakeholders and the ability to influence, negotiate and challenge constructively across organisational boundaries.
