You will lead the development and delivery of an organisation-wide L&D strategy, guiding leadership capability, talent management and succession planning.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will identify future capability needs, design impactful solutions and ensure our investment in development delivers

• You are an experienced and strategic learning and development leader with a track record in complex organisations.
• You design and deliver learning and talent strategies and build leadership capability.
• You create practical solutions and influence across the organisation.
