Job summary

Model ML is seeking a senior IT leader to own corporate IT end to end. You will run a modern, cloud-native stack, ensuring best-in-class IT operations as the company scales.

You’ll start hands-on and progressively build a team and systems that enable IT to grow with a fast-moving fintech organization. You’ll collaborate with leadership across engineering, GTM, and analytics, implementing robust identity and access controls, EDR, MDM and secure remote access.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT, with leadership at fast-growing tech company
• Hands-on in identity provisioning and access control
• Experience running Mac, Windows and mobile MDM/EDR
• Experience building/scaling a corporate IT function
• Support for SOC 2 or ISO 27001 compliant organizations
• Comfort with scripting and automation
• Clear communicator to auditors and engineers
• User-centric IT mindset with fast, self-serve solutions

Responsibilities

• Own corporate IT end to end for Model ML
• Run a modern, cloud-native stack and scale IT
• Build a team and systems to grow with the company
• Work with leadership across engineering, GTM, and analytics teams
• Implement identity, access, and security controls across all apps
• Lead onboarding/offboarding, SLAs, budgets, and roadmaps
