Job summary

Risk Ledger in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior IT Engineer to own IT across people, devices and our SaaS estate. You’ll work directly with the Director of Information Security & IT Operations and support teams in the UK and US as we scale.

This is an engineering role, not a help desk. You’ll own identity and SaaS administration, MDM for macOS, SSO/SCIM, endpoint controls and automated joiners, movers and leavers, while building AI-enabled IT operations with a security mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT operations or systems administration.
• Deep admin experience with cloud identity providers and productivity suites.
• Strong experience managing a macOS fleet with an MDM platform.
• Experience implementing SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning across a SaaS estate.
• Hands-on experience rolling out AI tools in a business environment and using automation to speed IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Own identity, access and SaaS administration across the org.
• Engineer endpoint and device management for a macOS fleet (MDM, zero-touch enrolment, patching, compliance).
• Run joiners, movers and leavers end to end from HR trigger to final day, with integrated HR/IT processes.
• Operate IT as a service: triage, self-help guides, office tech and hardware management.
• Be a security-minded partner to the Director of Information Security; implement controls and drive secure IT decisions.
• Automate and scale IT work with scripting, APIs and AI-enabled tooling; shape the IT roadmap with leadership.
