Job summary

Elitehire Solutions, a Birmingham-based M&E contractor, seeks an experienced IT Manager to own the company’s IT infrastructure, systems and security, working closely with Directors and the Senior Leadership Team. The role focuses on strategic technology improvement, governance of Procore and cloud platforms, and opportunities to advance automation and AI across the business.

The position is hands-on initially with scope to develop into Senior IT Manager or Head of IT & Digital as the company

Qualifications

Hands-on IT support, systems administration, networking and cybersecurity experience.
Ability to shape and implement a broader technology strategy.
Experience with construction/contractor tech environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT infrastructure and systems across the business.
Own Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Intune administration.
Govern Procore and manage multi-site networks (Ubiquiti/UniFi).
Lead cybersecurity, MFA, Conditional Access and device compliance.
Manage IT assets, licences and supplier relationships.
Develop longer-term IT strategy with Directors; explore automation/AI opportunities.
