Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the current IT function and develop a comprehensive IT strategy and roadmap.
• Lead technology improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness across the business.
• Support future acquisitions from an IT integration and infrastructure perspective.
• Review and optimise existing ERP systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and standardisation.
• Manage and develop relationships with third-party technology suppliers and service providers.
• Determine which IT functions should be retained externally and which should be brought in-house.
• Provide strategic technology guidance to senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, infrastructure, and IT governance.

Requirements

• Understanding of IT's role in supporting business acquisitions and integration activities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic planning with operational delivery

Desirable Experience

• Experience leading technology transformation programmes
• Background in multi-site or complex manufacturing operations
• Exposure to M&A activity and post-acquisition systems integration
• Knowledge of modern IT governance, security, and infrastructure best practices
