Head of IT role based in Bristol with hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site). Reporting to the CEO, you will own the technology strategy, oversee security and compliance, and lead a small IT team across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT operations, systems engineering and infrastructure management.
• Experience leading, developing and mentoring IT teams.
• Hands-on AWS and hybrid infrastructure expertise.
• Knowledge of regulatory environments and information security.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of the technology estate and strategy.
• Lead day-to-day IT operations, security and compliance.
• Budgeting, supplier management and technology roadmaps.
• Develop and mentor the internal IT team.
