Incite Insight in London seeks a Head of IT Security to define and implement the UKI IT risk and information/cyber security strategy. The role is hybrid, based at HQ in SE5, London, with two days per week on site, and reports to the CIO.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary security team across 7,000 users and 900 locations, drive risk-based programmes, incident response, and governance, while managing budgets and stakeholder communications.

Formación

• You have extensive demonstrable IT risk management, information security and cyber security experience at a strategic level.
• You maintain expert level knowledge of statutory and best practice developments and influence organisational thinking.
• You can plan strategically with a 3-5 year horizon and communicate with board-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision and implement the strategy for IT risk management and information security within the UKI territory.
• Lead a security team of employees and contractors, and manage related budgets.
• Develop an enterprise information security programme to create a cyber-savvy workforce.
• Communicate objectives and key results to the Executive Committee and Board.
