Zachary Daniels Recruitment is pleased to support a rapidly growing e-commerce retailer in appointing a newly created Head of Information Technology.

Job Summary:

As Head of IT, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of the organisation's information technology. This role ensures that IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data architecture, and digital tools effectively support the organisation's goals. The Head of IT will take full accountability for all technology budgets, ensure data integrity and security, lead innovation initiatives, and manage key external vendor and outsourcing relationships.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• A proven track record of working within a high-growth e-commerce retailer
• Proficient knowledge of PowerBI, Snowflake, and Oracle Netsuite
• Proactive approach in driving innovation to deliver efficiencies and enhance the customer experience – including the adoption of AI to replace manual processes
• Experience in reviewing and modifying outsourced partner relationships to ensure optimal support and efficiencies
• Ability to lead key projects, working effectively with internal stakeholders and outsource partners

This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office at HQ, so proximity to Harrogate is desirable.
