Zachary Daniels Recruitment is delighted to support this rapidly growing e-commerce retailer in the appointment of a newly created Head of Information Technology.

Job Summary:

As Head of IT, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of the organisation's information technology. This role ensures that IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data architecture, and digital tools effectively support the organisation's goals. The Head of IT will take full accountability for all technology budgets, ensure data integrity and security, lead innovation initiatives, and manage key external vendor and outsourcing relationships.

To be considered for this role, you will need to display:

• A proven track record of working within a high-growth e-commerce retailer
• Working knowledge of PowerBI, Snowflake, and Oracle Netsuite
• Proactive approach to driving innovation to deliver efficiencies and enhance the customer experience — adoption of AI to replace manual processes will be key
• Experience in reviewing and managing outsourced partner relationships to ensure support and efficiencies meet business needs
• Ability to lead key projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and coordinate with outsource partners

This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being office-based at least 3 days a week at the HQ, so proximity to Harrogate will be desirable.
