Job summary
Darktrace Cambridge is seeking a strategic leader to own the interactive demo estate and product experiences for prospects, customers, and internal teams. You will shape strategy, roadmaps and execution across demo platforms while leading a small team and collaborating with Product Development, Product Marketing, Enablement and Sales Engineering.

Qualifications
- Proven people leadership experience coaching and managing teams.
- Strong product or programme management with roadmaps and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience leading customer-facing technical content, demos or training programs.
- Strong communication and storytelling to translate tech into engaging experiences.
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define vision and strategy for Darktrace's demo ecosystem.
- Own and prioritise the demo product roadmap with Engineering.
- Gather requirements from Sales, Marketing, R&D and Enablement.
- Lead transitions from guided demos to live sandbox environments.
- Identify opportunities to surface product gaps and drive adoption.
