Pontoon Solutions is recruiting a Head of Integration to lead a high-profile integration programme spanning business, product, technology, operations, risk and control functions for a leading Financial Services & FinTech client.

The role is London-based with hybrid working (2 days in the office per week) and a 6-month contract with extensions. You will coordinate delivery, governance and cross-functional delivery across multiple teams, ensuring robust risk and regulatory oversight.

Qualifications

• Transformation experience delivering large-scale programmes.
• Banking & fintech landscape familiarity, especially digital products.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior executives and steering committees.
• Experience operating in regulated environments.
• Governance, reporting and programme coordination expertise.
• Ability to drive cross-functional delivery across multiple functions.

Responsabilités

• Drive integration activity across business, product, technology, operations and control functions.
• Oversee milestones, dependencies, risks and issues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Facilitate governance forums and senior stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate audit, remediation and regulatory activities.
• Bring teams together to resolve cross-functional challenges and maintain clear plans.
