Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Programme Director or senior transformation project leader in Payments, FinTech or Financial Services.
• Strong product background in digital banking, payments, SaaS, etc.
• Deep expertise in enterprise programme governance and C-suite stakeholder management.
• A track record of delivering complex programmes in regulated environments.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the programme direction and ensure alignment with the wider business and product roadmap.
• Work closely with Product leadership to integrate new features into delivery plans.
• Build strong governance structures and act as a key bridge between leadership and external partners.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, managing timelines and budgets.
• Oversee multi-million-pound budgets and optimise resource allocation.
