We are seeking a Head of Innovation to drive the development of a completely new range of products and services for our client, a renowned global professional membership association. This is a top strategic priority for organizational growth.

You will lead market research, idea generation, opportunity listing for the Board, development, and launch of innovative products aligned with strategic growth objectives. We are looking for a self-starter with a background in innovation, capable of proposing potential new product suites outside of their current portfolios. A large budget is allocated, with options including acquiring another organization or outsourcing the development of new products/services, rather than building an in-house team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Innovation: Lead the planning, creation, and launch of new products and services.
2. Market Research & Strategy: Identify customer needs and market trends.
3. Commercial Performance: Develop pricing, distribution, and marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with business goals.
5. Project Management: Oversee product-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
