Through experimentation, iteration, and deep transformation, we aim to elevate B&W brands by unlocking their purpose, science, and consumer desire to new heights and establishing a new ecosystem of groundbreaking ideas. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to the Marketing Director – Skincare, you will set the direction for the Big Bold Moves (BBMs) for our Skincare brands, creating multi-year branded platforms that will position UL B&W as a leader in disruptive trends at speed & scale.
- Shape the Strategy & Future of Our Core Business: Support the Skin Care Brand Partner & Design Lead by providing insights into growth opportunities, helping brands drive strategy at scale, and leading these into innovation roadmaps & projects.
- Refine Beauty Craftsmanship & Storytelling via Science and Desire: Lead your team in blending scientific & aesthetic insights with consumer desires & brand understanding to enhance beauty storytelling and product differentiation.
- Deliver innovation projects under the BBMs: Use an agile approach to deliver innovations aligned with future market opportunities and consumer needs. Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, CMI, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulations, Legal), collaborating with Business Groups & Units to bring innovations to market across the marketing mix.
- Own budget management and recommend investment for brand activities.
- Team management: Lead a team of 3 (1 Marketing Manager, 2 Marketing Assistant Managers).
- This role has a global scope, partnering with global & local teams across markets like US, UK, and India, providing deep insights into diverse consumer trends and market dynamics.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE:
- Educational Background: A university degree or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for Skincare & Beauty Trends: Curious about latest trends, with a personal interest in skincare brands and consumer engagement.
- Integrated Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in brand development with measurable results.
- Innovation Leadership: Experience in a global/regional innovation role, especially in skincare.
- Project Leadership: Ability to lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ideally driving innovation at a portfolio level.
- Diverse Experience: Experience in both startup and established companies.
- Effective Communication: Clear, persuasive, adaptable communication skills.
- Storytelling & Communication: Ability to articulate ideas compellingly across media.
- Financial Savvy: Strong understanding of financial metrics, P&L management, and business drivers.
