Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head of Infrastructure (3 years +) within financial services.
• Minimum 5 years in financial services with strong people leadership skills.
• Expertise in Azure cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and on-prem infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a high-performing infrastructure team across engineering, network, and Microsoft technologies.
• Owning the delivery of infrastructure services, including finance, risk, audit, operations, and lifecycle management.
• Driving adoption of emerging technologies and promoting innovation across the business.
